Save as aforesaid the Subcontractor shall have no liability to the Work Contractor in respect of any condition, obstruction or circumstance that may affect the execution of the Work Contract Works and the Work Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the correctness and sufficiency of the Work Contract Price to cover the provision and doing by him of all things necessary for the performance of his obligations under the Work Contract.

Надо разбирать отдельно - например, как Вы понимаете такие простые на первый взгляд вещи, как:
