Прям сомнений много, тут “пострадавшая “же не переведёшь как patient ?
Да и в тень - не скажешь же in the shadow place ..

Обычно так говорят о жертвах преступления или аварии. В документации NHS это слово не используется в контексте теплового/солнечного удара.

Да, на три с минусом вариант получился, согласна.
Locate хотя и имеет значение put in a particular place, но лишь для неодушевленных существительных.
Impaired стало преимущественно ассоциироваться с инвалидностью только с распространением пандемии политкорректности, а на самом деле означает being in an imperfect or weakened state or condition (в сети даже полно примеров c impaired by the sun).
Shadowy place - тоже не совсем уместно для инструкции по обращению с пострадавшими, повелась на исходное слово в вопросе.
