если есть commercialisation, то уже не просто изученность структуры, но больше с уклоном в полную изученность (maturation) перспективной структуры (prospect); high grading - профилирование с широким охватом

Maturation же может означать здесь, что угодно, от высокой степени изученности до подготовленности к бурению.
