В фильме Латверия - придуманная восточноевропейская страна.
получается "head-toe", или "Toehead". Не понимаю.

Sorry it's not so that easy for me, I'm french so, I don't get the signification of this. Why would you call a boat ""tip of the toe" or "tiptoe" with no reason? I'm not buying it.
