Дорогие коллеги, прошу помочь перевести предложение из документа INSTRUMENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR PACKAGES SUPPLIED WITH PLC (пр-во аммиака и карбамида)

In case of special instruments are required which are not in the list, Vendor shall propose suitable make and type for written approval by after notification to Owner.
For Licensor Proprietary Equipment instrumentation since design & type of such equipment is well proven and well referenced standard Licensor design and solutions will be evaluated and discussed with the Owner.

Затрудняет последнее предложение: "Что касается КИПиА для запатентованного оборудования, то, поскольку конструкция и тип такого оборудования хорошо зарекомендовали себя...."
