Нет, методических указаний по процедурам гражданского судопроизводства там, по идее, быть не должно. Документ Practice Direction on pre-action conduct and protocols посвящен только ДОсудебной работе, конкретные процедуры гражданского судопроизводства там не расписываются. Это, своего рода, приложение к CPR.
