淋巴结 (大小不一的圆形或椭圆形灰红色小体，一侧隆凸，另一侧凹陷，凹陷中央处为淋巴结门。凸侧有多条输入淋巴管注入，淋巴结门有神经和血管出入，并有输岀淋巴管穿岀。一个淋巴结的输岀淋巴管可成为另一个淋巴结的输入淋巴管。淋巴结多成群分布，数目不恒定，青年人有淋巴结400〜450个。淋巴结可按位置不同分为浅淋巴结和深淋巴结。淋巴结多沿血管排列，位于关节屈侧和体腔的隐藏部位，如肘窝、腋窝、腘窝、腹股沟、脏器门和体腔大血管附近。淋巴结的主要功能是滤过淋巴、产生淋巴细胞和进行免疫应答。淋巴结内的淋巴窦是淋巴管道的一个组成部分，故淋巴结对于淋巴引流起着重要作用)
