The POL concept during operations is organized around the following principles: 1. the product resources have to be looked for as close as possible to their place of use, and if possible the delivery by the supplier to the joint theater logistic base should be favored; 2. ensure the continuation of the POL support,in time and space from the acquisition of the products to their delivery to the units, relying on a continuous and consistent functional chain.
