Вслед за ним, чуть позднее, подается документ, именуемый Particulars of Claim –и вот это уже, пожалуй, собственно исковое заявление с изложением позиции истца и тех средств правовой (в данном случае – как раз уже "судебной") защиты, которые истец рассчитывает получить – remedies and relief sought. Но изложением пока еще, на этом этапе, все равно весьма кратким. Если же хотят просто передать смысл "(мы на вас) подадим в суд" – то есть неплохая формула: (we are going to) issue proceedings.
