This light command structure is made up of specialists tasked with: 1. conducting an action requiring close coordination of assets crossing, relief.; 2. establishing an especially significant liaison with another major unit during the maneuver especially with allied major units; 3. creating a "harpoon", should the MAIN CP not have alternate CP at that time.
