Missiles and gound-based equipment designed to destroy targets on land and at sea. It includes the missiles and their ground support equipment. These systems may be strategic, operational/tactical or tactical. Strategic systems are employed in the Strategic Missile Forces, while operational/tactical and tactical missile systems are used to equip ground forces missile and artillery units and naval coastal artillery and missile units.
