Given that this INSTRUMENT builds upon the Schengen acquis, Denmark shall, in accordance with Article 4 of that Protocol, decide within a period of six months after the Council has decided on this INSTRUMENT whether it will implement it in its national law.	Kadangi šis DOKUMENTAS grindžiamas Šengeno acquis, remdamasi to protokolo 4 straipsniu, per šešis mėnesius po to, kai Taryba nusprendžia dėl šio DOKUMENTO, Danija turi nuspręsti, ar jį įtrauks į savo nacionalinę teisę.
In accordance with Article 5 of Protocol No 22 on the position of Denmark, annexed to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Denmark does not participate in the elaboration and the implementation of decisions and actions of the Union which have defence implications. Denmark does not participate in the implementation of this Decision and therefore does not participate in the financing of this mission (operation).	Pagal prie Europos Sąjungos sutarties ir Sutarties dėl Europos Sąjungos veikimo pridėto Protokolo Nr. 22 dėl Danijos pozicijos 5 straipsnį Danija nedalyvauja rengiant ir įgyvendinant su gynyba susijusius Europos Sąjungos sprendimus bei veiksmus. Danija nedalyvauja įgyvendinant šį sprendimą ir todėl nedalyvauja finansuojant šią misiją (operaciją).
