The expenditure shall be managed in accordance with the procedures and rules applicable to the general budget of the European Communities with the exception that any pre-financing shall not remain the property of the Community	Izdevumus pārvalda saskaņā ar procedūrām un noteikumiem, kurus piemēro Eiropas Kopienu vispārējam budžetam, taču iepriekšējs finansējums nepaliek Kopienas īpašumā.
