law	In accordance with Article 3 of Protocol No 21 on the position of the United Kingdom and Ireland in respect of the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice, annexed to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, those Member States have notified their wish to take part in the adoption and application of this INSTRUMENT.	De conformidad con el artículo 3 del Protocolo n.° 21 sobre la posición del Reino Unido y de Irlanda respecto del espacio de libertad, seguridad y justicia, anejo al Tratado de la Unión Europea y al Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, estos Estados miembros han notificado su deseo de participar en la adopción y aplicación del presente acto.
