law	In accordance with Article 5 of Protocol No 22 on the position of Denmark, annexed to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Denmark does not participate in the elaboration and the implementation of decisions and actions of the Union which have defence implications. Denmark does not participate in the implementation of this Decision and therefore does not participate in the financing of this mission (operation).	Gemäß Artikel 5 des dem Vertrag über die Europäische Union und dem Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union beigefügten Protokolls Nr. 22 über die Position Dänemarks beteiligt sich Dänemark nicht an der Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Beschlüssen und Maßnahmen der Union, die verteidigungspolitische Bezüge haben.Dänemark beteiligt sich nicht an der Durchführung dieses Beschlusses und beteiligt sich daher nicht an der Finanzierung dieser Mission (Operation).

Nach den Artikeln 1 und 2 des dem Vertrag über die Europäische Union und dem Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union beigefügten Protokolls Nr. 22 über die Position Dänemarks beteiligt sich Dänemark nicht an der Annahme dieser dieses RECHTSINSTRUMENTS und ist weder durch diese diesen RECHTSINSTRUMENT gebunden noch zu ihrer seiner Anwendung verpflichtet.
