law	Given that this INSTRUMENT builds upon the Schengen acquis, Denmark shall, in accordance with Article 4 of that Protocol, decide within a period of six months after the Council has decided on this INSTRUMENT whether it will implement it in its national law.	Ņemot vērā to, ka šā INSTRUMENTA mērķis ir papildināt Šengenas acquis atbilstīgi Eiropas Kopienas dibināšanas līguma IV sadaļas noteikumiem, Dānija saskaņā ar iepriekšminētā protokola 5. pantu sešu mēnešu laikā pēc tam, kad Padome ir pieņēmusi šo INSTRUMENTU, pieņem lēmumu par to, vai tā ieviesīs šo INSTRUMENTU savos valsts tiesību aktos, vai nē.
