movida - что это значило исходно?

Слово встретилось при переводе английского текста, так что проблема в том, что я совсем не знаю испанского.
Хотелось бы понять, какое значение у этого слова было исходно, до появления феномена "movida madrileno". Вариант, который предлагает Мультитран , "тусовка", не подходит - нужно более старое (если оно есть) значение.

25 years ago, La movida madrileña erupted in Madrid, spewing out a stream of punk and new wave-influenced music, design, comics, fanzines and films. In a blaze of outrageous excess, it celebrated the new freedoms and end to censorship brought about by Franco’s death as the youth of Madrid pushed the limits on sexuality, drugs, gender and aesthetics. Taken up by the newly liberated media, La movida soon spread to other Spanish cities and spawned many illustrious offspring, including Pedro Almodóvar.

Если Вас интересует происхождение слова, то это от глагола mover - идти, двигаться и т.д. То есть первоначально это "ход, движение", ну а потом обросло множеством значений и их оттенков. В шахматах до сих пор означает "ход".
