Hi there,
Please, help with the translation of the above mentioned term which appears in the context of the Consent Solicitation Statement (заявление на получение одобрения от акционеров АО на проведение определенной сделки).

In accordance with usual practice, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation as trustee for the Noteholders, expresses no view on the merits of the Extraordinary Resolution, but has authorised it to be stated that it has no objection to the request for approval of the Consents and the Proposed Amendments being put to Noteholders for their consideration. The Issuer also expresses no view on the merits of the Extraordinary Resolution.
The Consent Solicitation Statement contains details of the reasons for convening the Meeting, details of action to be taken by Noteholders, etc
The Solicitation Agent for the Meeting is Credit Suisse First Boston.
