Подскажите, верно ли я поняла смысл фразы из договора:
If the defects originate from components of other manufacturers and the seller is not able to amend due to license agreements or for effective reasons, the seller will claim for damages at the manufacturer of the defective article in the buyer’s name and assign his rights to the buyer. 2 Warranty claims for this kind of defects against the seller considering these General Conditions of Contract only persist if the judicial enforcement of the claim against the component manufacturer had no success or are without any reasonable chance, for example due to insolvency. 3 *During trial action the period of limitation for warranty claims of the buyer is inhibited.

Та же фраза из немецкого оригинала:
Während der Dauer des Rechtsstreits ist die Verjährung der betreffenden Gewährleistungsansprüche des Auftraggebers gegen den Verkäufer gehemmt.

В период судебного разбирательства по иску срок действия гарантии приостанавливается.
