The notion is Russian and the author (Russian by birth but writes in German) translated the Russian name of the organisation into German and abbreviated it. | То, что я Вам написал годится только, если город Оха русский (а это видно, поскольку речь идет о Сахалине) и если организация РУССКАЯ. Если это немецкий проект/организация, то лучше Ваше suggestion |
