According to German law there exists the word "Kaufeintritt" for a Sales / Purchase contract concluded between two parties and at a later moment a third party enters into this contract so that finally you have three parties involved.

This is for example the case when a Leasing Company enters into a Sales contract to secure the payment of the purchase price.
