In order to maintain the regulatory approval status of the Products, the Distributor must keep and maintain record of the sales of Products for a minimum period of three (3) years following the year as such sales accrued. These records must contain details about the clinics, which Products and which lots they have purchased and when each purchase was made, so that the Products can be traced if a need for withdrawal of Products from the market is necessary due to safety reasons.
