1. This car order constitutes a binding contract between X AG as the Seller and the Diplomatic customer person as the Buyer. X AG entrusts the Diplomatic Sales Agent, indicated at this contract, to sigh this contract as the authorised Sales Agent and to handle all the vehicle order and delivery processes in accordance with the sales conditions indicated at this contract.
