Es wird vereinbart, dass alle sich aus diesem Vertrag oder über dessen Gültigkeit sowie über die Gültigkeit des Schiedsvertrages sich ergebenden Streitigkeiten endgültig unter Ausschluss des ordentlichen Rechtsweges von einem nach der Schiedsordnung der Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce ("SCC Institute") gebildeten Schiedsgericht durch drei Schiedsrichter entschieden wird.

The parties to the agreement have agreed, that all disputes and differences that may arise out of and in connection with the present agreement, its validity or the validity of the arbitration agreement, are to be submitted ... for the arbitration Court at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (“SCC Institute”), the decisions of which are final for both parties. The arbitration procedure is to be in accordance with the regulations of said Court and is to be carried by three arbitors.

На месте троеточия должно быть: unter Ausschluss des ordentlichen Rechtsweges. А я на русском не совсем понимаю, о чем речь. Не поможете?
