Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:Some charter firms enter into private arrangements with yacht owners wherein the yacht is purchased on a notional cost of AED1 and is registered with a DT number. A side agreement between the owner and the charter firm states the actual ownership of the yacht. Смысл ясен. Никак не могу подобрать адекватный русский термин.
