Это объяснение я нашел в форуме.

I'll walk you out. I'll see myself out. Will see myself out is what most americans would say when faced with a situtation like this. Ne provozhai menya? In Russian it has a lot of meanings. If you in somebody else's appratment, and you want to leave and dont want the owner to show you out, then 'see myself out' is OK. If you outside and and your party wants to walk you home, and you can say, you don't have to walk me home. If you mean, dont come to the airport/train station/bus station to bid me farewell, then you can say, you dont have to go to the airport/train/bus station with me, I will be alright, or you dont have to come to the airport to say goodbye.

I'll see you to... (доведу и оставлю Вас там)
I'll accompany you... (пойду далее везде с Вами)

Кэт, млин, как всегда, без комментариев.

Lipstick, для этого случая просто загляните в толковый словарь:
2 [transitive] to walk somewhere with someone, especially in order to make sure that they are safe or to be polite:
It's late - I'll walk you home.
walk somebody to something
Schools are urging parents to walk their children to school.
She walked me to the front gate

Для глухих, ... и проч.

see, escort - accompany or escort; "I'll see you to the door"
--22 is one way to accompany

Ok, you win. I do apologize for being so boorish.
18. to attend or escort: to see someone home.
But one should acknowledge that 'walk' is also a fair option here.

walk требует опред контекста (проводить, "прогулять" девушку или ребенка до дома, напр.). У аскера, скорее всего, "проводить до кабинета" ("прогулять" до кабинета будет звучать странно, хотя возможно :-)). Т.о. see you to - более общее выражение, в отсутствие контекста.

Great! Thank you :-) That's the only variant.
