We are in the process of collecting information with regard to basic custodian process flows such as settlements, corporate actions etc with the aim of creating a uniform requirements documents that will include related processes, which apply to all SEE markets as well as specific processes that are distinct for each market.

CEE = Central Eastern Europe
EE = Eastern Europe

But, i need more context to tell you if it is a south EE market thing. I dont see SEE used often to mean this and there could be an organization (like the EU or something) which is abbreviated SEE and the thing is referring to that

This abbreviation is used only ones in this text, and i really think that it means Southern Eastern Europe (with regard to Ukraine), not an organization.

Юго-Восточная Европа (South Eastern, не Southern Eastern)

обычно к ним относят Балканские страны, Украина туда имхо никогда не относилась, но все эти деления достаточно условны, может, в силу недавно обретенной незалежности, Украина теперь тоже относится к ЮВЕ :-)
