Subject: herein, hereto, hereby, hereof, hereat law Наверное, кто-то для себя уже четко разобрался с данными словечками. Помогите коллегам. Я попыталась для себя поставить следующие рамки:hereby - речь идет о всем договоре herein - именно в этом пункте, о котором мы говорим. Хотя употребляется и ко всему договору. Кто знает разницу??? hereto - когда речь идет о чем-то, что прилагается к договору hereof - когда упоминается что-то, а чем говорилось выше??? hereat - ????? |

переставьте части - by here, in here, to here, of here, at here, а потом замените here на, например, This Agreement. т е (примерно) - данным Договором, в этом Договоре, к этому Договору, данного Договора и т д... by this agreement, in this agreement etc... |

| нет, на мой взгляд, нельзя. Это просто юридическая норма, на русский переводим как данный (настоящий) Договор в соответствующем падеже |

as far as i have figured out - they dont translate into russian. and this is something i took the advice of the MT froum on probably more than a year ago. and i have never seen anything like their translations in any of the original russian contracts i have seen. you just need to know them when you are writing in english and know where to put them. then again, i have seen a number of original english contracts without them as well. |
| нина +1 - не обязательно вставлять в англ перевод - можно просто везде сказать This Agreement. Начитаете достаточно - начнет само вставляться на нужные места )) |

i got a +1? yeah! but seriously, you dont need them if you are translating.... well, it's not that you dont need them.. it's that it will sound a bit less jargony and will be less irritating to read but just as legaly binding. and yes,you will eventually just start figuring out how to correctly use them and then start peppering your translations with them for that added professionalism :) |
