помогите плиз разобраться с такой фразой :
London closing mid-point. это что-то вроде средневзвешенного курса?
пункт договора звучит так:
• Contractor’s rates have been based on a Sterling \ US Dollar exchange rate of $1.83 Dollars to Pound Sterling. In the event that on the day of Contractor invoice submis-sion this exchange rate deviates by 2% from the London closing mid-point as pub-lished by the Financial Times, Contractor shall include an adjustment within the in-voice for the change in value due to the Exchange Rate fluctuation

на момент закрытия ведь кажется даются две цены.
по-моему из них вычисляется средняя.

вот пример:

"Sterling Equivalent" means in relation to any amount of
administrative charge and/or premium expressed in dollars under the
terms of this Agreement such amount converted into sterling at a rate
being the closing mid-point of the spot buying and selling rates of
exchange of dollars for sterling as quoted in the "Financial Times" ...
