Пожалуйста, помогите перевести. Вот приходится переводить письмо с достаточно сильной негативной экспрессивной окраской. Вызывает трудности.
Вот предложение:
Зачем нам вообще ездить через океан в неудобных самолетах за свой счет, сидеть в не очень хорошо пахнущих аэропортах в ожидании неизвестно какой погоды, да еще и быть неоплаченными в срок?

Ну это прямо совсем зловонный (вонючий), может лучше smelly? А как лучше перевести "в ожидании неизвестно какой погоды"?

stinky - yes, that is true sarcasm, so subtle and understated...

"неизвестно какой" в данном предложении вообще никакой смысловой нагрузки не несет, имхо (разумеется, ожидается только ее улучшение - солнце, безоблачность и т.д.)
What's the sense in travelling... sitting in foul air terminals waiting for a better weather to come God knows when, and, despite all those efforts, not to receive payment in the agreed terms?
(это довольно вежливый вариант)
