2. I think пакет is fine. It is used in computer terms such as "software package" and "debug package" and this is a similar use
3. yes I think so.
4. maybe a specific name given to the data/package, and so is capitalized to refer specifically to that data/package.
5. can change to "in tables...and in figures."
