Пожалуйста, помогите перевести предложение. Сижу над ним который час, а получаются все время какие-то немецко-русские структуры.

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

Объект представляет собой 8-этажное здание, плюс три подземных уровня, выполненное в виде двух овальных блоков, соединенных между собой прозрачным атриумом с 4 по 8 этажи.

объект убираем сразу же. и предложение ненавязчиво связываем с предыдущим. если, конечно, у Вас там есть этот "объект."
