Вот еще кусочек договора - права интеллектуальной собственности. Не совсем понятна выделенная часть.

The Agency acknowledges that the Advertiser holds intellectual property rights in all of the products, documents, materials and Distinctive Signs supplied by the Advertiser to the Agency. This agreement does not transfer or confer upon the Agency any intellectual property rights with regard to said products, documents, materials or Distinctive Signs. Any right, or the appearance of any right, to which their use by the Agency may give rise, shall vest exclusively with the Advertiser, without requiring any declarations or formalities, and without the Agency being able to avail itself of such rights.
