Доброго времени суток всем! Обращаюсь с просьбой к тем, у кого есть свободная минутка (ночью думается тяжело, боюсь ошибок наворочать:(): оцените, пожалуйста, мой вариантец (направление перевода - рус.-англ.):
2.1. Цены указаны в Приложении № 06/10311 00 к настоящему Контракту.
2.2. Цены твердые и не подлежат изменению.

2.3. Cтоимость поставки первой очереди составляет 1137605,02 (Один миллион сто тридцать семь тысяч шестьсот пять) евро два цента .
2.4. Cтоимость поставки второй очереди составляет 1137605,02 (Один миллион сто тридцать семь тысяч шестьсот пять) евро два цента .
2.5. Общая сумма Контракта составляет:
2275 210,04 (Два миллиона двести семьдесят пять тысяч двести десять) Евро и четыре цента. Условия поставки – DDU-Липецк.

2.1. Prices are specified in Enclosure No. 06/10311 00 to the present Contract.
2.2. The prices are firm and are not the subject to any alterations.
2.3. The price of the first delivery of the refractories is Euro 1,137,605.02 (one million one hundred and thirty seven thousand six hundred and five point zero two) .

2.4. The price of the second delivery of the refractories is Euro 1,137,605.02 (one million one hundred and thirty seven thousand six hundred and five point zero two).

2.5. The total value of the contract amounts to:
2,275, 210.04 (two million two hundred and seventy five thousand two hundred and ten point zero four) Euro , DDU .

2.3.и 2.4. - откуда в англ взялось "of the refractories"?
Стоимость поставки - > value of delivery shall be ... Eur
и два цента - > and two cents only
и четыре цента - just the same
Условия поставки – DDU-Липецк - > Terms of delivery: DDU - Lipetsk
