Subject: по месту постановки на учет Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести этот пункт, очень уж замысловатая фраза даже на русском...В соответствии с положением 3.2. в случае открытия в последующем иностранными организациями счетов в банках, поставленных на учет в других налоговых органах, чем тот, который выдал превоначальное свидетельство указанным организацям в связи с открытием ими счетов, такие организации подлежат учету в налоговом органе по метсу постановки на учет банка, открывающего счет. In accordance with clause 3.2. in the event of any subsequent opening of a bank account by a foriegn company with a bank registered with the tax authority other than that one which granted the original certificate to the said bodies in respect of their opening bank accounts, the latter are subject to being registered with a tax authority at the registering location of the bank that opens the account ????? |

In accordance with clause 3.2. in the event of any foreign company subsequently opening a bank account with a bank registered with a tax authority other than the one that granted the original certificate to the company in connection with its opening the account, such company shall be subject to registration with the tax authority at the place of registration of the bank at which such account was opened.
