2.3 Настоящий договор прекращается в случаях:
- ликвидации Страхователя, СМО или МГФОМС;
- снятия Страхователя с учета в МГФОМС в связи с выбытием на другую территорию Российской Федерации;
- издания акта государственного органа, препятствующего выполнению обязательств по настоящему договору;
- в других случаях, предусмотренных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
2.3. This Contract shall be terminated in case of:
- dissolution of the Insured, the HIO or the MMCMIF;
- cancellation of the Insured registration in the MMCMIF in connection with moving to other RF locations;

This contract shall be terminated should any of the following occur:
- the Insured... entering into the process of liquidation;
- the Insured... ceasing to be registeterd with MMCMIF as a result of his/its having moved to another territory within the RF
- any government authority passing any act preventing the performance hereunder;
- any other event provided for by the appliacble laws of the RF
