А можно все виды накладных, которые используются на предприятии, назвать SUPPLIER’S DELIVERY DOCUMENTS, т.е. обобщить таким образом? А потом уже рассказывать, что такое Waybill, Bill of lading и т.д....

все зависит от того, какую цель вы ставите при обобщении. Если Вы хотите объединить документы от поставщиклв, то - почему бы и нет. тут простор для воображения, так как еще раз обращаю Ваше внимание на то, что бухучет и стандарты в разных странах разные. А кстати, зачем Вам это все? при взаимодейтвии с иностранными партнерами существуют уже устоявшиеся формы ьторговых взаимоотношений, и соответсвенно, поятия на том и другом языках.

marlev30, да все понятно... Я уже у всех наших иностранцев-снабженцев спрашивала про доки, которые у них используются. У нас специфика совсем другая. Аналоги не совсем точно передают смысл, т.е. не совсем аналоги.
А по поводу того, для чего мне это нужно... У меня два босса, один русский, другой американец. Я, можно сказать, между ними все время. Так вот, русский босс написал очередную корпоративную Политику по сверке дат приходных ордеров и накладных. В самой политике указывается 2 вида накладных (товарная и товарно-транспортная). И мне теперь нужно перевести политику на английский, для того, чтобы согласовать ее с американским боссом.

Documents to be carried
In most cases the driver of the vehicle must carry documents (dockets) containing information about the load carried and details of the transaction. Both the content of these
dockets and the circumstances under which they are required are controlled and the driver has certain responsibilities for them.
If a vehicle is carrying solid fuel for delivery then, before the journey begins, the driver must be given a docket signed on behalf of the seller stating:

* the seller’s name and address;
* the buyer’s name and delivery address;
* the type(s) of solid fuel to be delivered;
* its aggregate net weight;
* the number of bags; and
*the net weight of the solid fuel in each bag (as long as the load has not been bagged or convenience).

This is known as a delivery docket and there should be a separate one for each buyer.
If the whole load consists of “loose” solid fuel which is to be delivered to the same person
at the same premises, the total net weight of the solid fuel can be entered by the driver after
it has been determined on the nearest suitable weighbridge. However, the docket should
state that this is the case and specify the site of the weighbridge.
