вот весь отрывок (это пункт из Agency and Sevices Agreement, кстати, как точнее это передать, Договор об оказании агентских услуг?)

Funds shall mean the Client’s money, which: (i) have been transferred by the Client to the bank account of the Agent for purposes of carrying out the settlements under a transaction executed pursuant to the terms and conditions herein; and/or (ii) have been received as a result of an appropriate transaction or as distributions on Securities hold by the Agent for the Client; and/or (iii) provided by the Agent to the Client as set forth in p. 4.1 hereof.
