and as the link indicates, you do it online. so really, i know that some people here would be incredibly useful and would find a lot they could do. it's easy. you do it on your own time and you help people. what can be better? |

Whoami - по-моему, Германии. По полтиннику штука. Правда, в другом месте профессор говорил об "испанских оборванцах". Nina, вы не понимаете. Не "one bad", а "one BIG, LONG and BAD!". Да и потом, ну пусть это добровольно - оценит ли это потребитель наших, тсзать, услуг? Опыт недавней истории показывает, что как раз нет. Еще и оккупантом обзовут впоследствии. |

имхо это просто надо быть светлым, безукоризненно бескорыстным человеком, и чтобы кроме прущей из тебя доброты и сочуствия нуждающимся - ничего тебя больше не интересовало в такой же степени. |

Whoami I have done a lot of volunteer work for various organizations in my life time and i would say that 98% of them were rewarding even if the project itself got delayed or didnt work out like we hoped and i dont think that volunteering online for the UN can really turn out to be a bad experience for anyone |

2 Franky в США очень распространены волонтерские программы во многих школах для того, чтобы перейти в следующий класс необходимо набрать определенное количество часов волонтерской деятельности насколько я знаю, большинство этих программ не предполагает никаких льгот люди участвуют в них для того, чтобы помочь кому-либо (и все такое), общаться в другими людьми, и просто потому, что так принято |

Нина, я не читал, что там написано по предложенной Вами ссылке, но я как-то общался с девушкой из Америки, которая преподавала как представитель Корпуса (Карапуза :))) ) Мира у нас в украинской школе. Так вот она мне и рассказала, что пустилась в эту авантюру не только по причине избытка добрых намерений, но и в связи с практическими соображениями. Я спросил у Вас, потому что сам до сегодняшнего дня слабо верил, что люди в уважаемых мной США могут быть настолько циничны. Спасибо, что подтвердили мои сомнения. :)))) |

yanko and you can help your people through the UN as well Redni Shumov and i think that all people should try to do something for other whenever they can, its what i call "common human decency". oh, and about the benefits for americans. it's the UN people. it's not controlled by the US government. trust me |

yanko please do whatever you can in whichever way you feel best. but i feel that you shouldnt just do something in one place but try to involve yourself all over the place with different organizations of varying sizes and scopes. it's what i try to do. if you want to help russians, maybe you want to check out www.solkrug.ru? i have found them to be quite an upstanding organization |

or you could not litter and lobby the Moscow City Gov. for better recycling policies and facilities. i like to think that volunteering should start small (this is how you generally get children interested and involved) and then grow into something a bit bigger:) but if you dont feel you have the time for something bigger, that's ok |

Molly unfortunately i am not allowed to give blood :( i tried once to find out that even if i stop taking the meds for a while, the presence of my chronic arthritis disqulifies me :( |

AO i am not against what Yanko says. If he wants to help here first, i am all for it. i do it myself. i just wanted to make peopel aware of this opportunity, that's all. UN volunteer work is about 1% of what I do. |
