If any monies become payable by the Guarantor under this Deed of Guarantee, the Guarantor acknowledges that the Issuer will not (except in the event of the liquidation of the Issuer), so long as any such monies remain unpaid, pay, and the Guarantor shall not make demand for, exercise any right of set-off in respect of or otherwise claim, any monies for the time being due from the Issuer to the Guarantor, except as provided in the Deposit Agreement setting out the right of the Guarantor to take security over the Deposit.
