I am wondering, could someone please give me some examples of how you use all these
hereto (к этому)
herewith (при сем)
thereto (к этому)
therewith's (с тем, с этим)
in Russian?
When I have them in a contract in English I tend to get lost as how to properly use these guys in Russian. Or do you just not translate them? MT examples seem to not use them in the translations.

I enclose herewith, please find enclosed herewith - я прилагаю к настоящему документу...
in connection herewith - в связи с настоящим [договором и пр.]
по той же аналогии применяется и therewith.

hereunder = under this agreement
thereunder = under [some other agreements, documents, etc.]

Упрощенно: here - здесь (т.е. в настоящем договоре и пр.)
there - там (т.е. в других договорах и пр.)

so basically, you make the english first look like normal people english and then translate? and in the russian there shouldnt be any of these

here в данном случае означает "настоящий документ", а предлог (to, with, by, etc.) - указывает на отношение к данному документу.

Parties hereto= parties to this agreement - стороны настоящего договора

please find enclosed herewith a copy of = with this letter - с настоящим письмом высылается копия ....

we hereby authorize Mr.X to represent = by this power of attorney .... - настоящей доверенностью мы уполномочиваем г-на Х

и.т.д.

не надо при сем/к этому - это устаревшие выражения, эффект будет комичным. отталкивайтесь от "настоящего документа"
