Здравствуйте, помогите перевести следующее (это письмо)

по условиям контракта №566 от хх.хх.хх срок оплат за поставленный Вами товар - в течение 90 дней с даты поставки товара (по штампу украинской таможни о прибытии груза в г. Y)

можно перевести как

Under the terms of the Contract # 566 dated хх.хх.хх, the due time of delivered goods is 90 days from the date of goods delivery, which is considered to be the ship-to-arrive-by date according to stamp of Ukrainian Custom in Y town.

или это масло масленное???
