Я пока обе как "членство" перевел, идеи?

Member of the Board of the Association of Reserve Officers at German Universities
...

2)Memberships:
Member of Women in international Security, Berlin
...

IMHO

Affiliated = related to (a group or organization) but not necessarily a member
She is affiliated to the Board of the Association of Reserve Officers.
She has some connection to the Board but she may not be a member.

A member is an active participant in the group or organization.
Member of Women in international Security.
She attends the meetings regulary, makes decisions, votes, etc. for the group.
