Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
В течение этого гарантийного срока Поставщик обязуется за свой счет в максимально короткие сроки, но во всяком случае в срок, не превышающий 20 (Двадцати) дней с момента обращения Покупателя, устранять выявленные недостатки и дефекты Оборудования либо при невозможности их устранения – заменить негодное Оборудование или отдельные его части на новое Оборудование, годное к эксплуатации.

Translation:
During warranty period Customer is obliged, at its own expense and as soon as possible, but in any case not EXCEEDING?? 20 (twenty) days from the date of Customer’s COMPLAINT??, to eliminate deficiencies and defects of Equipment, or in case of incapability of their elimination to replace unserviceable equipment or separate parts for new one, ready for service.
