i get the feeling something is missing in the original:

my (crappy so far) translation:
3.1. Вознаграждения Счета за каждого Веб Чет счет показано в данном Ежемесячном Анализе Счетов будут дебетированными в месяце после расчётного периода; самое позднее, на 12-ый календарном день from the current account.

anyone got an idea what "from the current account" here means?
