Штормовой ветер на Ставрополье

4 марта на Ставрополье был сильный штормовой ветер. Днем порывы ветра достигли 30 м/с. В нескольких десятках населенных пунктов, в числе которых Ставрополь, Будённовск, Михайловск, сильный ветер вызвал чрезвычайные ситуации - обрывы провода линий электропередач, связи, газопроводы. Также зафиксированы разрушения и повреждения крыш жилых домов и административных зданий. По данным СМИ, ориентировочная сумма ущерба, нанесенного стихией, составляет около 20 млн. рублей.

Благодаря своевременным мерам, все повреждения газопроводов и линий электропередач, вызванные стихией, устранены к вечеру 4 марта. Восстановление крыш и кровли продолжаются. В аварийно-восстановительных работах приняли участие и сотрудники МЧС края. Всего по краю было задействованы свыше тысячи человек, и более двухсот единиц техники.

Squally wind in Stavropolje
On March, 4th squally wind came down to the Stavropol territory. Wind intensity reached 30 m/s. Violent wind caused emergency situation in some areas, including Stavropol, Budenovsk, Michailovsk, and damaged electrical lines, communication wires and gas pipe lines. Roofs were also broken in some dwelling houses and administrative premises. As mass media inform, the approximate amount of damage caused by storm is equal to 20 million rubles.
Dew to quick and timely emergency response all damaged electrical lines and gas pipe lines had been repaired by the evening of March, the 4th .Roofs of some buildings are still being reconstructed. MChS officers also entered into emergency recovery groups. More than a thousand people and over 200 units of equipment were involved in rescue and recovery operations in the Stavropol territory.

Gale in Stavropol Krai
There was a gale recorded on March 04 in the Stavropol Krai with gusts of 30 m/s measuring in the day-time. In some locations including Stavropol, Budenovsk, Michailovsk, the strong wind brought on several emergencies like disruption of power supply, communications and gas supply. The roofs of apartment houses and administrative buildings are reported to have been wrecked and damaged. According to press reports the damages caused by the natural disaster amount to about 20 million rubles.
Due to the timely and quick emergency response all damages to gas and power supply lines were eliminated by the evening of March 4. Repairs on the roofs of some buildings are still underway. The Krai’s MChS officers took part in emergency response efforts. Totally in the Krai over thousand officers and 200 units of equipment were involved.
