| Restricted access for heavy-duty vehicles may somehow relive the situation, but not for long (it will be only a band-aid/stopgap solution). The problem surely requires/calls for a comprehensive approach/solution/(thoroughly thought out)way out. It remains on top of the list of priorities. |
