Subject: without prejudice to.. I need a little help here in the english to russian department.i am not sure how i should say "without prejudice to..." in russian and in general i need someone to look at this clause (its awful) thanks! translation: Original: |
примерно так без ущерба для каких-либо положений, которые покупатель (покупатели? - pls. check what you have in your transl. singular or plural)предусматривает в отношении перевозчика, как указано в ст. 4.3 выше, все претензии в отношении недостачи товара или видимых дефектов поставляемого товара, будут приняты нами только в том случае, если они сделаны в письменной форме и направлены нам в течение трех дней, согласно положениям ст. 4.3, заказным письмом с уведомлением о вручении. |
however, the Eng. wording is strange... even the 1st person singular! Is it simply a proposal (a letter) to amend a couple of sentences in a contract? By the way, maybe it is better to write "любые претензии" |
