примерно так

без ущерба для каких-либо положений, которые покупатель (покупатели? - pls. check what you have in your transl. singular or plural)предусматривает в отношении перевозчика, как указано в ст. 4.3 выше, все претензии в отношении недостачи товара или видимых дефектов поставляемого товара, будут приняты нами только в том случае, если они сделаны в письменной форме и направлены нам в течение трех дней, согласно положениям ст. 4.3, заказным письмом с уведомлением о вручении.

however, the Eng. wording is strange... even the 1st person singular! Is it simply a proposal (a letter) to amend a couple of sentences in a contract?

By the way, maybe it is better to write "любые претензии"
