Помогите, плиз (это пункт из general sales terms фирмы, которая изготавливает и продает оборудование):

Manufacturer warrants to the original buyer of all
products manufactured by it that such products
are free from defects in materials or
workmanship for a period of one year from the
date of shipment from manufacturer’s plant,
such warranty to remain in effect if and only if
such products are used in accordance with
instructions of seller and/or manufacturer, and
such defects have not been contributed to by
any other cause such as improper care or
unreasonable use. Manufacturer further
warrants that products manufactured in the
United States, to the extent they do not
represent designs and specifications of buyer,
do not infringe any United States Patents.
There are no warranties of merchantability, of
fitness for a particular purpose or ordinary
purpose notwithstanding any disclosure to seller
of the use to which the product is to be put.

1. Производитель так же гарантирует, что оборудование произведено в США, в том смысле что, оно не произведено по чертежам и технических данным покупателя и не противоречит закону об авторских правах США.
