Вот так об этом пишется в МСФО.
Transaction costs on financial instruments measured at fair value through profit or loss are not included in the amount at which the instrument is measured initially, instead they are charged immediately to the income statement.

А я не понимаю, что это за "справедливая стоимость через доходы или расходы". У меня в отчете о прибылях и убытках такой показатель:gain/loss on financial instruments at fair value through profit or loss
